Payment

To guarantee your place in group class, payment must be made when registering.

Refunds

Because we are dedicated to maintaining small classes with plenty of one-on-one interaction, cancellations with less than two weeks' notice will not be refunded, so please plan carefully. we appreciate your cooperation to help keep our classes small and effective for you.

Cancellations

Our group classes are designed to be progressive with each week building on the previous. Consistent attendance is critical for you and your dog to get the most out of the class. No refunds will be made for missed classes. Make up drop ins are allowed in the same week if spots are available only for Novice, Advanced and Master agility group classes.

School Cancellations

On occasion, circumstances such as weather may require us to cancel class for the safety of students and instructors. If we cancel a class, the class will be added to the end of the group class block as a makeup.

Dog Behavior

Our primary concern at our facility is your and your dog's safety. Dogs with a bite history are not eligible for group classes. Owners and handlers are solely responsible for their dog's behavior. Instructors have the sole discretion for dismissing disruptive or aggressive dogs in group classes. If the dog is dismissed, the owner will receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining sessions only.

Classes

Dogs must remain on leash at all times unless instructed otherwise. Students under the age of 16 in group classes mu be accompanied by an adult.

Weather Cancellations

If the school closes due to severe weather, you will be notified by email at least 3 hours before scheduled class time. Additionally, it will be posted on our FB page, Bark And  Bond Canine Center.

Your Rights

You have the right to refuse a part of training classes including any training exercises you feel are inappropriate. Please communicate your concerns to your instructor. We will make adjustments to the best of our ability within the confines of the group class.
